The service
NightlyX is software for businesses that automates sales outreach: sourcing leads, writing and sending messages through tools you connect, and handling replies with AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.Acceptable use
- You must comply with the laws that apply to your outreach — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and the terms of every platform you connect (Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.).
- No spam, deception, harassment, or outreach unrelated to a legitimate business purpose.
- Unsubscribe requests are honored permanently; circumventing them is grounds for termination.
- You are responsible for the lead data you import and for having a lawful basis to contact those people.
Your data & keys
Your workspace content stays yours. Integration API keys you connect are encrypted at rest, used only to operate your campaigns, and never shared. AI providers process your content solely to generate your outreach (their API terms exclude training on it). See the Privacy Policy for details.AI output
NightlyX drafts and, where you enable it, sends messages autonomously. You control approval settings and remain responsible for messages sent from your accounts. Review modes exist for a reason — use them until you trust the output.Billing
Subscriptions are sold directly by us to businesses, billed as agreed at purchase. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Connected third-party tools bill you separately under their own terms.Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee reply rates, deliverability, meetings booked, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms we integrate with. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings (immediate, irreversible). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
